Channel 4 Secret Film Premiere Screening

In August 2011, PF Events were contracted by Strong And Company to provide video, audio and lighting along with technical management for a Channel 4 film premiere screening on the top level of a car park in Peckham, London.

The brief was to provide a full cinema experience which included a large-scale video set up. PF Events, therefore, decided to supply a 103" Panasonic HD plasma screen. A Pioneer Blu-Ray player, Analog Way HD video switcher and laptop were also supplied in order to switch between the holding slide and movie.

In order to maximise the surround sound audio feed, PF Events supplied a Denon 5.1 surround sound processor with five KV2 EX10 compact powered speakers on stands and one KV2 ES12 compact powered subwoofer. The audio was controlled using 12-channel Midas Venice mixing desk and a BSS graphic EQ.

PF Events also supplied 24 Par30 uplighters for the room lighting and a compact Noise Control Audio PA system for background music at the bar area.
